Great staff but faulty technology (One-time issue)

The staff was very attentive, have very good dispositions, and worked hard to address my issue. However, I had to take two stars away for the trouble I went through getting my problem taken care of.

Rain coverage and carts

Only one cart after hours on backside. Not able to enter through front door which has better coverage from the rain.

Thor, thanks for your feedback. Carts are available to our customers as explained to our customers during the lease presentation during office hours only, however we do leave one out for the select few customers that visit our locations once we close. If you are willing to provide more information on the door issue, I would greatly appreciate it as our locations have overhangs and we only allow front door access. Have a great day.

Ive been told I can only use the back entrance of the facility that has a much smaller overhang and really only over the door, not where I would park. If there is more than one car, then definitely not enough room. I was also told that there would usually be two carts by the back door at all access hours. Not an issue with one unless there are more than one people there, which is what happened to me. Thank you

Thor,The location that you rented at, has a brand new building with a blue tooth touch-less access system, and the other uses a key fob, they are not interlocked. This is for security reasons. During office hours if you which to access your unit on the other side, please go to the office and they will allow, but please know that they walk will be much longer for you as you will have to enter the main building, hence the reason we have another overhang for the other building. We cannot predict how many carts will be available at any given time as we do not know when customers will be accessing their units. They are there for everyone's convenience on a first come first serve basis. But if you need one during office hours and you know what time and date you need it, you can contact the office to see if they can locate one for your use. I hope this helps. Thanks! the people who i dealt with were very professional and helpful. The unit was very clean. The only criticism i would add is the lot is difficult to maneuver with box truck.
