We are sorry about the transfers, we know that the local company work with different taxi drivers and that's probably why they are not always on time. But an hour is quiet a lot! Please call us if that happens again on a future trip, so we can call the transfer company immediately.

Dear Elizabeth, we are sorry to hear about the maps and descriptions. We have started using the app Guibo as it offers a better experience while cycling. Besides the roadbook and map generated from the app (a new S-Cape style), it is also a navigation app. For a possible future trip with S-Cape, we can check if we can still offer you the old way.
