Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with both the service and the turf you received. I have spoken with our customer service team, who have been in contact with you regarding this issue. They advised that they were unable to identify a fault with the turf based on the information and images provided. I can see from the correspondence that they offered grass seed to help overseed the affected areas once the weather has cooled. We would be happy to review the matter again if you can provide updated photographs to our customer service team, particularly if there has been a noticeable change in the turf's condition since the last images were submitted.
