Thank you for the feedback and I'm glad to hear the overall process was good for you. We do appreciate that the price increase from our suppliers Markilux can come as a surprise. We try our best to provide notice of this in advance so that you aren't effected, but appreciate more notice could of been provided in this case, and this is something we will look in to.
