Hello. Firstly, thank you very much for your review. We are very disappointed to hear about the problems that have occurred with our courier. We certainly expect the highest level of service from them. Please can you email some images of the damage to info@bataltd.co.uk? Then, we can pass those onto the courier used. Thank you.

Matt Thank you for your message. I did contact the courier directly on the day that it happened and sent them photos of the damage. They denied any responsibility and said that I would not be able to prove that the damage was caused by their driver. I had no other post that day and my neighbour complained that my gate had been slamming in the wind all afternoon after a delivery driver had been., so I know it was your courier that left the gate open. It was gale force wind that day and that lack of care to shut the gate has caused £100s of damage. The attitude of the courier was not what I would expect from anyone providing a service and as much as I love your products and Robinsons has always been my go to for all things horsey, I am afraid I cannot have a simple purchase costing £100s.

This is the first time that this has happened, and we too are very disappointed with the level of service. We certainly expect much more from our courier, and rest assured that we will be making a formal complaint in light of your experience.
