I like it. It is easy enough to use. I am happy to find a way of supporting the RNLI through buying things I need ( or at least desire )

I am a very unhappy ex Yachtswoman and have been a customer of RNLI for many years when they were in Poole. First package arrived - wrong size. Sent back on same day at a cost to me of £2.14! ...

Prefer to look at book than website, but easier to order online. I've been very happy with all the items I've ordered in the past, but rather disappointed with this last order (see below).
