Please accept my apologies that you are not impressed with this product. I have checked the stock in our warehouse and the cardigans in stock are 100% wool. There is a label on the inside of the left hand front panel that states this. Could I ask that you check for this label and if it is not there return the product for replacement. RNLI Shop

Thank your for your feedback and for giving us the chance to answer your queries. The website is always more up to date than the catalogue as the team can update the range on a daily basis and it could have been that you looked for the extremely popular socks after they had been removed for the new season. I have noted your comments on the postage, currently we do not a postal system that allows for the weight of a parcel so we have to have a 'one price' policy at the moment. RNLI Shop
