Thank you for your review. We are of course delighted that you like our products, but we are disappointed that our service was not to your expectations this time. To be clear, we do offer returns for all glassware purchased through our webstore and we will normally refund or exchange glassware to the customers satisfaction. In excess of 95% of our customers enjoy free delivery on their purchases, however, unless there is a problem relating to the glassware or the order, we do ask that customers arrange the return and this is clearly stated on our website and is visible before, during and after purchase.

Many thanks for your feedback. We are delighted that you like the new glasses, but, of course, are disappointed that we did not meet your expectations of service this time. The glasses were ordered from our website on 18th July on pre-order basis, ahead of release, with first availability in August (as also advised by email). As soon as the new glasses became available, at the end of August, we were happy to advise you that your order could be shipped, and we did so immediately on a next working day delivery basis. We are sorry for the wait, but feel this was clear in advance, however, where time is of the essence, we do offer hundreds of styles of glasses, available from stock, on a next day delivery basis and are always happy to help our customers at any time to choose from the very many different options.
