Broken Glasses
Glasses arrived broken. Called customer service and was told to send an email. Email sent but still without any response.

We are extremely sorry that the glasses arrived broken and would assure you that this is a very rare occurrence - with normally fewer than two out of every thousand glasses shipped being broken in transit. We can confirm that we have received your email message and that a refund was processed, in line with your request, within one working day of receipt. Thank you for your feedback, we have investigated into this and can see that an email was sent to you so we're not sure why our email has not reached you sorry. We've also tracked your remaining pair of Riedel Extreme Oaked Chardonnay glasses and can see that delivery has now successfully been made.

Good looking tumblers. Purchased as a Christmas present. Not my first purchase from Riedel and always well pleased.
