Hi,Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We have sent you a replacement glass to cover your breakage, which occurred in transit and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.We understand the packaging can be excessive, but this helps us better ensure orders arrive to our customers with a higher chance without being damaged. The packing beads are biodegradable as they are made from 100% starch, compostable and will dissolve in water.
