The car hire company said if I had an accident my fault or a third party's fault Ever sure would not reimburse me, is this true???

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for our excess reimbursement insurance. Unfortunately, this is yet another example of the less scrupulous hire car companies’ tactics to try and sell you their insurance which is often 4 to 5 times as much as our reimbursement insurance. It is highly unlikely that an employee at Car Hire Company is familiar with our Policy Wording and we wouldn’t expect them to be authorised by a Regulator, such as the FCA, to provide advice on a 3rd party’s insurance. If they were familiar with our Policy Wording and they were authorised to provide advice then they would know that damage caused by you or a 3rd party is covered by our policy. Can't really provide a score of 'excellent' as didn't have to make a claim, but for what was offered at the price that was offered it was a significant saving over the insurance the hire car...

I found this insurance easy to set up and considerably cheaper than the car hire company…
I found this insurance easy to set up and considerably cheaper than the car hire company offer. However as I didn't have to make a claim I cannot be sure if it's Excellent.

Excellent site, cheaper than what Hire car companies charge. Fortunately I have not had to claim, therefore am not aware as to whether the claiming process is stress free.
