Extremely poor

Nobody could be bothered to show us to our room after check in for starters after arriving at 10.30pm. We didn't at first get the room we booked, we were given a twin room which is no good to us...

Absolutely disgusting

Absolutely disgusted in the hotel, this was more a 2* the pool was awful tiles coming off bottom of pool, staff were very rude , warm drinks. To get a drink in air conditioning area we had to pay for...

Be more accurate with listings. The sunwing Hotel was no more than a 3 star. The website needs an update as very slow and outdated. The rep was nice and transfers were good.
