Faultless from start to finish

Extremely helpful

service was fine, the lift access for disabled people is a bit hit or miss, but understandable when trying to factor in the weight of electric wheelchairs, and the sizes of the lift cars.

The ferry crossings were fine just the bed and breakfast we booked via red funnel (pilot boat inn) was not serving breakfast or any food at all

Used the Signature Lounge on the way over. Definitely worth the extra, staff lovely and friendly, breakfast choices were very good. Nice air conditioned comfortable room.

It was good, staff were friendly, the process was seamless so a nice experiance
