I spoke to one of your customer service ladies yesterday her name is Vivviene, and i would like to say she was very helpful and polite and to say what a lovey lady she was, its a shame that more people are not like her. Also back on that day in August there was a lovely young girl walking around looking after the people that she knew had not got on the ferry due to the chaos. I havent got her name but she was a young polite blonde girl, very helpful.
