We always are helped by cheerful and polite staff, where possible we're allowed to go on an earlier ferry that's been booked.

Service is very slow at hot food station in the mornings and never open in the evenings.

Easy to book required sailing on-line; smooth check-in and boarding; great facilities on-board; pleasant and helpful team at all stages and great communication from the Captain during the crossing.

Always polite friendly staff, I’ve never had a problem when I’ve travelled on the ferries.

A very efficient and slick service. Well signposted at Southampton and Cowes and very flexible allowing me to to change my sailing times when I arrived earlier than expected.

The service is great but the price is absolutely too high.
