On time - good selection of food. And a Black Friday deal on the ticket price - making it a realistic affordable crossing rather that the outrageous over inflated prices we have to pay in the summer...

Ferry ran on time both ways. Toilet clean, quiet Thursday boat. As a coffee person, this offering could be improved, as expensive for what you get.

It was appreciated to have early notification of the change in sailing details. It was handled fairy and calmly by the staff on the delayed sailing.
