The only reason there was no 5 stars is there wasn't a steam service open. The machine for hot chocolate was not upto the standard that I'd expect for the cost.

We didn't. Service & website comms abysmal on new years eve. Noone picking up phones. Advised to find alternative travel on NYE!! Will be seeking full refund! Airlines handle delays & cancellations...
