The vessel was nice and clean , it ran on time and the crew were very good and friendly

Both outbound and return sailings cancelled. Delayed 90 minutes each way. Enough said.

No problems with the journey - and we managed to change our booking for the ferry as we arrived back much earlier then expected from Cornwall.

Got a text at 6pm that our 9pm ferry would by delayed by at least 4.5hours due to mechanical issues. Unable to contact customer services as they closed at 6pm. No further contact that whole evening....
