At arrival at the terminal checking in was quick and polite. Once on board the journey was as expected. On arrival at destination off loading was quick and efficient

You have to queue in a tight space for the joys of using a do it yourself drinks machine. The tea tasted of coffee and the coffee tasted burnt and was undrinkable, all for a cost of more than £7.
Not good, every time I use the ferry there is something wrong. I use a couple times a month.
