The ferry was v good but the car park in Southampton has some very slippery areas near the entry booth. They are slick with oil and grime, I slipped. It needs cleaning.
Helpful staff - we arrived in time for earlier crossing as traffic wasn't as bad as expected. Able to board - no drama . Priority booking so as always near front for one and off so able to get ahead...
