Absolutely hate the price gouging if having to book in a peak time. I was crossing for work and literally made no money thanks to the horrendous price. Disgraceful.

Not enough Gluten free options. I’m a coeliac n always disappointed at the choice as so much available on the market now. Considering the cost of the signature lounge should be more choice.
