Very efficient

Very efficient and speedy drive on/drive off system and excellent service in the quiet and comfortable Signature Lounge.

Friendly and helpful staff Delayed journey but good communication so we knew what was happening. Ferry was very cold on the journey back to Southampton

On time and a very comfortable journey

When on the ferry it was very cold and no heating was on through the 50mins, both my wife and I were relieved when we get back in the car. Due to the only way to get across price expensive

The ship was very clean staff were friendly and polite . Sailing was on time .

Loading and unloading was easy and quick. Everything on board was clean and tidy. Staff were always cleaning and emptying bins. Food and drink prices were ok. Sailing was smooth and priced well.

No issues with service. staff are always helpful when needed
