Ferry was on time but once onboard it was like sitting in a fridge it was freezing I did contact a member of staff but that was a waste of time just shrugged his shoulders No help at all 🙁🙁

It was good - the ferry was on time both on the way out and the way in. The service in the signature lounge was very good, and we would use it again.
