Brillant service staff were so helpful we managed to get on an early sailing

We really enjoyed our trip over to the IOW and will definitely be using red funnel again.

Very smooth for vehicles and the passanger area was quite lively.

Ferries run on time but fares are expensive and £29 to amend a booking by one hour is extortionate.

Appreciate for a company with pretty much a monopoly on crossing to the IOW they don’t have to try very hard and they don’t ! The ships are scruffy and dirty and the on board staff surly and untidy...
