All the staff where very friendly and polite

On time friendly helpful staff. Found a bit crowded. On return early evening food only heated package food available buffet closed.

I was returning home with my wife after her operation. Used RF's wheel chair and lift to access the lounge. The staff were absolutely amazing and extremely helpfull.
