On time both ways , good stock of gifts and great food ,

We were able to board the 17:00 on Friday having missed the 16:00, however it seemed to take a lot longer to fill the ship and it sailed late.

Always a great service this is the only way to travel to isle of wight We arrived early from south wales and they put us on the next ferry no problem a very very good service ten out of ten . TIDY

Fantastic service - such a slick process.

The service was great. Slick operation. On time. One let down was the food. We had breakfast rolls and the roll was so “plastic” we left the bread. It doesn’t cost that much to get a decent roll. But...

Easily accommodating to last minute changes and requests.

Friendly, efficient. We narrowly missed our 1PM sailing to East Cowes (our fault!) but you got us on the next one, no problem.

Staff really helpful, we were first time travellers and arrived early. They managed to fit us on an earlier ferry on both crossings.
