Journey out excellent. Journey home awful. No communication on cancellation until after we heard it on the news. I had to ring on several occasions as the times given for updates were no communicated.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. I'm sorry to hear that you were impacted by a delay to our services.
After checking your booking details, I can see that due to reduced visibility in Cowes harbour on March 9th, it was necessary to suspend our vehicle ferry service until conditions improved and the fog began to lift. When visibility is reduced to less than 370m, the Cowes Harbour Master closes the harbour to vessels over 48m in length.
I can see that we sent notification of the service suspension to the email address provided on the booking at 09:16, and an update was sent by email and text at 11:44 and 11:51 to advise of expected departure times.
