Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback.
After reviewing your r booking on March 6th, I can see that you arrived at 15:00 for your 15:00 sailing. Unfortunately, as the vessel leaves at 15:00, we were unable to accommodate you on this departure. All passengers should arrive at least 30 minutes before their booked departure, which is reflected in our Terms and Conditions of Carriage, our etickets and on the FAQ section of our website. Our check-in window for each crossing closes 8 to 10 minutes before departure, and arriving once this window may result in our departure being moved to the next crossing with availability. If we were to wait for all passengers running late, this would delay our services and passengers who arrived on time; as such, it is necessary for us to implement a cut off point for check-in.
