Excellent service, excellent Italian Job coffee beans arrive monthly. Fully informed of the process so I can change the order if necessary. Great value for the quality of beans.
Royal mail lost my parcel, and Rave was kind enough to send me another one same day as I complained (around 10days after previous parcel) free of charge EVEN if previous parcel does show up!
