Thanks for your feedback, it's great to hear that you like what it is that we do and appreciate the efforts of our team in getting you on the your holiday.
I'm sorry we've frustrated you with our credit card procedures - the reason that we ask for details in advance is to be able to confirm your requested arrangements without delay or risk of losing a hotel room (flight seat or other part of your holiday arrangement) through having to go back and forwards to request separate payment for each holiday component. We would only actually charge your card if we were able to provide what you had specifically requested and would revert to you should there be any change in availability, standard or price before proceeding. You should also be aware that our payment card procedures are highly regulated and we are required store card details on dedicated secure servers to safeguard the security of your data. I hope that this goes some way to answer your concerns.

Thanks for your comments - it looks like following your booking on 1 July your booking confirmation documents were printed for despatch the following morning.
Your additional insurance purchase at 4.10pm on the 2nd July was made too late for the original paperwork to be recovered from our postbag before collection at 4.30.
We do try to avoid unnecessary printing (and recycle and reuse paper which has only been printed on one side for printing documents for internal use only).
