We're sorry that you didn't enjoy your holiday or feel that we had addressed your concerns adequately, and thank you for taking the extra time to add your experience to our new Feefo page.
This holiday has been one of our more challenging to operate and has received mixed feedback from those who have taken part. You have indicated in earlier feedback that you might well travel with us again - should you have any concerns or queries about the nature and demands of a future holiday, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
