As usual, the booking worked out fine. What I didn't realise until I received the paperwork this morning is that we have some points built up from previous trips which presumably could be discounted...

Thank you for your feedback. We see that you have now nominated your walking group, and West Essex Ramblers will receive £20 as a result. Your Loyalty Points have also been redeemed against your booking. Often clients save up their points to use in the future, so we do not automatically add them to the booking.
