I have ALWAYS found the phone service very good - you rarely have to wait, and the personnel take an interest in what you have to ask and often make helpful suggestions. Thanks, RA.

Thanks for your feedback; we're pleased to hear that you enjoyed travelling with us. We have about 250 tour leaders looking after the thousand or so groups going off on holiday with us each year, all with their own personalities. The nature of tour leading has changed a lot in recent years; as well as the requirement for all tour leaders to be qualified, they also have some pretty onerous duties to look after the wellbeing of their groups and this may cause them to be a bit more careful in their management of a group than otherwise might seem necessary. We do monitor feedback regarding our tour leaders and raise any comments on their style with them to try to ensure everyone has an enjoyable as well as a safe holiday. We're always please to talk to clients about our leaders, or any other aspect of our holidays - if you have any queries about a possible future holiday feel free to contact us.
