Initial booking for myself as a single was very good. Transfer to a twin cabin booking including my friend took several emails and phone calls and to date all details have had to be forwarded...

It was necessary to request an additional cabin to accommodate you. As you are the Lead passenger on the booking, all documentation and communication will be sent to you.
