Did everything promised in the brochure, any problems ocurring were quickley and efficiently dealt with. Tour manager was friendly and approachable, constantly checking on members of the group.
Clear details of the tours offered. Excellent, personal help with booking processes.
Good documentation for the tour iteslf.
