Site easy to navigate and informative. However Booking Experience was poor. I found myself having to repeat information. In particular the PDF form for personal information needs to be pre-populated

We pride ourselves on our customer service at Railtrail and if the pdf for the personal information has clouded the feedback, I will look into this and certainly find a way to get this pre-populated. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused while filling out the personal information form.
It just works, copes with strikes etc seamlessly. Knowledgeable guides, sensibly paced trips.
