Our water softener had some clogged lines. I called Puronic's, they had a service guy (Shawn) out the next day. He worked on it for two hours and got it up and running. They went above and beyond to get it back in service. Thanks
A service appointment was scheduled on a timely basis. The service technician was customer oriented and was comfortable to answer several of my questions.
