We are very sorry to hear that the delivery fell short of being a satisfying experience. Please, accept our apologies on behalf of our delivery partner!The pellets are wrapped securely as they go through a lot of transportation around the country to be delivered to our clients. Unfortunately, incidents like this might occur.At this stage, we do not know what exactly happened for this particular order as we seem not to find a record of the incident in December 2020, so we could not properly investigate what happened.For any future orders please ensure any damage is reported in the consignment note at the moment of delivery and pictures of the broken bags are taken and sent to us as soon as possible so we will be able to promptly investigate with the haulier what has happened and ensure they will take steps to prevent it in the future.Again, please do accept our deepest apologies, and thank you for your feedback.Sincerely,Customer Service Team
