Generally great

Great ordering service and swift delivery. Product seems as stated. Only disadvantage is that the deep bottle and short measuring scoop make it difficult to reach the powder probiotic for babies....

Many thanks for your feedback. We are extremely sorry to hear about your baby's constipation and the vasovagal incident, which must have been extremely distressing for everybody.

We would like to stress that we take the safety of our probiotics very seriously and continuously monitor this through research and customer feedback. We have specifically undertaken a large safety trial with newborn babies and there were no adverse events due to the probiotics. We also found a significant decrease in constipation amongst the babies taking part in this trial, although we understand that this does not mean that it eliminates constipation for all babies.

We hope that your baby is doing well now and assure you that we take your feedback very seriously and will continue to monitor and research all of our products.
