Delay
So far I can neither say anything positive or negative I have only joined and have not yet got my policy documents over 48 hours later!! Because of this I am swaying more towards the negative side

Thank you for your feedback, We can confirm that the Terms and Conditions are found in the Important Information section when you are selecting your device specifications in the beginning of the purchase journey.
We also ask customers to tick they have read the T&C's before they can purchase a policy with us.
