Stopped working after 3 months, so not good. I've had purifiers for years with no issue.

performance well below the levels marketed
fast despatch but the performance of the item, under typical conditions, is well below the levels marketed. our 12 litre/day model yields just 2-3 litres.

Excellent service
Excellent customer service from Emma, Both heaters were delivered very quickly. Bought one heater then bought another for my daughter and also took the extra cover for the second heater.
