Good options and decent rates. I've had good experience with Customer Service in the past when the mistake was mine, like a wrong date. Been a customer for decades.

Priceline app and site are very easy to use. Priceline is my go to every vacation. We tend to play our stays on a whim so Priceline works very well for that.
