My order still hasn't arrived, DHL has said they're delivering it 3 times so far so have taken time off work and it didn't come...its been a terrible experience.

Hello Sandra, We’re sorry to hear you still haven’t received your order. We’ve just contacted DHL and advised this needs to be delivered asap. Our local DHL depot have escalated the case and we hope this will resolve the issue. The consignment has been marked down as out of time on all three occasions, it does appear the Nottingham DHL branch are having a few issues at the moment. We are waiting to hear back from DHL, however as I’ve mentioned we’ve advised this service is unacceptable, especially after DHL have advised three separate ETAs which all resulted in you taking time off work. We will of course refund the shipping charge you incurred. As soon as we have some more information, we will keep you updated. Thanks, Tom Moore Sales Manager

Really blunt staples. Had to bun them!

Everything was brilliant except the fencing staples! They were totally useless! I had to go to wicks and buy replacements! Sure a shame and nuisance

Superb Camouflage!

My order came very quickly, and I was pleased. It's exactly what I wanted, and the hanging ivy will look wonderful on the brick wall. It will hide any ugly spots that were there.
