Hello Julia, We are sorry there has been some issues and delays with your order. DHL have had the parcel since the 12th April, after we shipped the order on the 11th. It appears DHL scanned the order onto the delivery van on several occasions, however delivery was never attempted. DHL claim they attempted delivery yesterday, however they've marked the order with a 'check of address' We have spoken with DHL this morning and they've now advised that the consignment is at the wrong depot. Your order is at the Bristol depot, which is incorrect. DHL have advised they will move your order to the correct depot today and hopefully have the order out for delivery tomorrow. We are really sorry for the delay. It's really frustrating, on the odd occasions when our couriers let our customers down and we always try and do everything we can to rectify and resolve the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. My colleague will keep an eye on the consignment as it moves through the DHL network today and tomorrow and we will keep you updated via email. Kind regards, Tom

Thank you for your review. Please note our stretch wrap is recyclable. Our stretch wrap is produced from LLDPE (Linear-Low Density Polythene) which means it falls under recycling code 4. We sell many eco-friendly products and have other eco-friendly packaging methods. The replicable stretch wrap is a small part of our packaging, however it is something we will look to eradicate in the future. All the best, Tom
