On our website we do provide information about excursions that we recommend doing whilst in the Channel Islands. These are not included free of charge in the holiday there is a cost involved. Unfortunately there appears to have been a misunderstanding regarding this and we regret at no point when you booked your holiday or when you were in Guernsey did you raise this with us. It was not until you contacted us when you had returned home were we made aware of this and we explained at the time there were costs involved to book excursions.

We are sorry for the issues you encountered with the accommodation, flight changes, and the service at the hotel. Regarding the flight cancellation, we understand how disruptive this can be, especially with little notice. Unfortunately we have no control over flight schedules as these remain the responsibility of the airlines but we acknowledge any changes to our clients holiday plans is disappointing. We were disappointed to hear about the service you faced at the hotel bar and your feedback has been passed to the hotel.
