Very easy to book our break, staff carried out our requests for upgrades and everything went smoothly. Our flights were good, the transfer to the hotel was waiting for us ay the airport exit.

My emails remained unanswered when I needed clarification on the itinerary. The rep in the Channel islands failed to make contact me when the ferries were cancelled due to adverse weather conditions....
