better communication with their paying guest, they offer a very poor services they
let my room out to someone else even though I had paid in full for the week just because my flight was a day late.

They were very helpful from the start and booked us the hotel and the rooms that we requested. All paperwork very straightforward and agents helpful and knowledgeable.

Efficient service and all things booked by them turned out well.
Hotel only 3 star and breakfast was always the same!!!! Got very boring. Fruit salad 95% apple and melon, not a blueberry ever. ...
