Very happy, again, by their service on our recent trip to Jersey.

Air conditioning not working
The air conditioning was not working in our bedroom when we arrived and the who.e week of our stay.

Thank you for your feedback following your stay at the Royal Yacht. We have spoken with the hotel this morning who confirmed that unfortunately there were a few rooms where the air conditioning was not working but in each of these rooms they had provided portable AC units. Regarding the issue with the window the hotel have no reports of you raising this with their staff so they are not sure if the window didn't close because of a fault or because the AC unit that was in your room had a hose which had to placed out of the window.
However the hotel have said if they had been made aware that you could not close the window for whatever reason they would have happily looked into moving you rooms but regrettably they were not given the opportunity to resolve this for you.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention however we do regret that you did not allow the hotel the chance to resolve the issue of the window during your stay, because they would have been more than happy to address this to ensure you had the best possible stay.
