I apologise again for the low level of service you received from us on this occasion, it is certainly not the usual high standards of care we offer our clients and this has been addressed internally. Having used this company previously, I would fully recommend to anyone.
Extremely helpful when booking the holiday and going the extra mile when we had to rebook due to flight control failure on original departure date.

Excellent service with upto date information, checking on line and printing boarding passes.
Transport arranged both ways and rep in hotel if required.
