We were severely delayed lost a day of our holiday due to fog but no one wanted to know the airline were useless we only had four days left which were nice but...

Excellent service and well thought out holiday
Well organised as regards paperwork but we thought we would get a sea view upgrade so not a good view out of the window like we had last time.

Good value package, shame about quality of room - not 5 star quality
- good offer for an Autumn break
- room 201 at Govt House is poor quality and should not be part of package. It is not a queen room, it is more suitable for a solo traveller
- we were not notified...

Always Kept me informed by email after booking and if there were any changes.
Hotel de France was a good choice for our short stay. Great breakfasts and lovely indoor pool .

great hotel & staff, nice island but rip off travel firm
The hotel and in particular the staff were superb i cannot praise them enough, that said premier holidays are the weak link, initial flight times were ridiculous and the cost associated to change...

Thank you for your feedback regarding your booking you made via our website. Flights are subject to availability and if the times shown were not suitable there is an option to change them. If the alternatives are still not suitable we provide a freephone telephone number on the website where you can speak to a member of staff about the options available.
Once a booking is made we also provide a live chat service on the website where again you can speak to a staff member, or alternatively the telephone number for our Customer Services and an email address. We provide information about the costs of the phone calls on our brochures.
Regarding the additional costs you incurred, because you had a confirmed booking and wanted to change the return flight any costs would be passed onto you. My colleague advised you of the additional costs which you agreed to and the relevant changes were made.

Excellent, homely, nothing too much trouble, General Manager had everything sewn up. Everyone on the staff wore a smile. Food presentation was superb.
